BREAKING THE ICE

Senior recruiter from a firm sitting across the table with a poker-face expression is not exactly a ghost who can make your heart-beat stop. Still facing an interview gives a feeling similar to what an American soldier must have felt in the midst of bombs and bullets at Normandy.
I do not understand, whether he is sitting to know about me or to threaten me.Whether he is a psycho or a sadist who loves terrorizing people with his condescending smile...
I can open up myself far more if he is friendlier, but "breaking the ice" is not exactly in his lexicon. In fact probably he loves that ice...and looking for someone who is similar icy... who can be comfortable in that ice...for a warm guy (he thinks he is getting "cozy" because he is a weakling)
World can be more simpler if every guy across the table "breaks the ice"...but before that he will have to "melt his ego"......
